7. Verification services

Mozayic may display verification indicators relating to identity, work eligibility, licences, certifications, employment history, or other profile information.

Verification indicators reflect the information, documents, checks, or evidence available to us at the time they are displayed. They are not a guarantee of current validity, legal status, suitability for any specific role, or employment success.

Employers remain responsible for conducting any checks they are legally required to perform and for making their own hiring decisions.

8. Automated and AI-assisted features

Mozayic may use automation and AI-assisted tools to support profile creation, skills extraction, verification workflows, fraud detection, matching, and related services.

These tools are intended to support efficiency and consistency. They do not replace professional judgement, legal compliance obligations, due diligence, or meaningful human review where required.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Mozayic does not promise that employment decisions will be made by or on behalf of Mozayic, and employers remain responsible for their own recruitment decisions.
